Medical Massage is an outcome-based massage. Its focus is to find and address the cause of the problem and it’s primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem. Medical Massage is also known as Clinical Massage or Client Centered Massage.

How does Massage Therapy work?
There is a clear explanation as to why massage therapy not only provides pain relieve, but it also helps to reduce stress. Massage aids the body to release endorphins, which are chemicals naturally produced by the nervous system to cope with pain and stress. Endorphins are often called “feel-good” chemicals because they act as a pain reliever and happiness booster.
