CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. You may call us at (703)663-8600, email us, or use the confirmation link sent at the time of booking. Please be mindful of our business hours.

50% for 60, 75, 90-min sessions
100% for 30, 45-min sessions
Less than 2hrs notice/No-Show:
100% for all sessions

Pre-paid sessions (i.e. packages, gift certificates, and gift cards) are nonrefundable
Kindly understand that we provide services by appointment only and when you cancel or miss your appointment without proper notice, we are unable to fill that appointment slot. This is an inconvenience to your massage therapist and to other clients who will miss the chance to receive the services they need.
