Winter is still here but remember that Spring is coming March 20th (just around the corner!). Most of us cannot wait any longer for spring to get here. Light layers, sunshine, flowers blooming, outdoor activities! Are just a few great things to mention about Spring.
The only downside of Spring is of course Spring Forward, or Daylight Savings Time on Sunday March 10th. Probably everyone's nightmare, to lose one whole hour of sleep that will mess with the start of your week. Just remember once you’ve recovered from a sleepless night, spring will kick off those winter blues.
More sunlight means more time spent outdoors which is what our bodies need to get vitamin-D, we don’t get much of it during winter times. Vitamin-D is great to strengthening our bones, keep a healthy immune system, regulate our mood and boost weight loss.
